When functioning is not the same as feeling well

You may look fine.
But not feel fine.

You keep working, caring for others and meeting every responsibility. From the outside, life appears to be moving as it should.

Inside, you may feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected or unable to switch off. You do not need to wait until everything falls apart before asking for support.

International lives

Living abroad changes more than your address.

Relocation can affect identity, belonging, relationships and emotional wellbeing. Even a chosen move can bring loneliness, cultural adaptation, family at a distance and unexpected career transitions.

Therapy offers a confidential space to understand what has changed — and what you need now — without having to translate the complexity of living between cultures.
